If FHEM is crashing "reliably", you should analyse the FHEM log (and perhaps try to get an extended log) or start FHEM in a special debugging mode and try to reproduce the problem.
(May not solve the underlying problem, but) why are you not just changing the DEF of your original GW to point to the new one?
Additional questions you may answer:

What type of GW did you use and are you now using?
Controller Hard- & Software (Pi or decent Linux machine, Windows server, VM...???)
Does FHEM also crash, if you try to autocreate the problematic Node not as #11, but as the first?
How often died you save your config in the process of including nodes? Did you monitor memory usage?
If crashing FHEM is related to a "special" node: What is different in this sketch?
...

There is a new maintainer for the module in fhem. He implemented a lot of new stuff and also the smartsleep feature. For example nodes are now showing if they are sleeping.
Also messages to the nose are delayed till it wakes up the next time.

I'm not exactly "a new maintainer", just an additional one  .
But imo MySensors@FHEM indeed has made "some progress" the last months including OTA update ability (code was mainly contributed by someone else).
So expect some more things to come soon. Next will be the attrTemplate feature included in FHEM's setExtensions. This will help to easily improve the "look" of MySensors Nodes in FHEMWEB. If you're interested in contributing, just give me a hint here or in the FHEM-forum (the later is more related to FHEM, so I'd prefer the FHEM forum; you may also post in english there - especially in the MySensors subforum).

OK this will help.
I think i flash the mysensor code to an Arduino and let him talk to serial monitor, so i can see it better.
Nice Nick...was für ein Name :-)

I compiled a LUX node and a Pressure node, but still no luck, I always get the nodes showing up as Node 254 and overwriting each other.
So seems my issue may not related to the Gateway Version.

I'm totaly new to MYSENSORs and my gateway runs on an Arduino pro mini 8MHz attatched to a Pi.
Funny thing was that the controller is able to send data at 115.2kbaud but can't read at that speed when clocked with 8MHz ( as explained here : http://forum.mysensors.org/topic/1483/trouble-with-115200-baud-on-3-3v-8mhz-arduino-like-serial-gateway-solution-change-baudrate).
Solution: Set your baudrate to 57600 end reupload the sketch.
Took me quite a while bevor I figured that one out.
Hope that helps anyone how encounters the same Problem.
