Hello,
I want to know which is the MQ sensor that best suits me to detect formic acid in a closed environment, where there can also be enough CO2. It is about measuring the amount of formic in the air inside a hive after a treatment.
I want to build a meter with Arduino and sensor MQ, is it possible?

@sebex this is purpose or the "ABC". They neeed to be exposed to outside air at regular interval (usually at least once a week) to recalibrate themselves and stay accurate for years.

There is several alternatives in aliexpress to the memory @Anticimex posted above, SPI interface, same pin distribution, only change the memory capacity and voltage input. (and good prices)

MySensors is an EXCELLENT project. It allows for complete control over the various sensors. It's extremely simple. Its drawback is that it's open source, so it's unfunded and development is slow, but I don't think there are any better projects than this at the moment.
