      I haven't used the GW with rfm69 that much though, so I have no experience with that radio.

    • Sensebender Gateway RFM69HW Decoupling Capacitor

      I am planning on using the Sensebender Gateway for my Gateway and was wondering if I still need a "decoupling" capacitor on the radio or does it already have one built in on the board? I have had to limit the transmission power to 15 DBM ("#define MY_RFM69_TX_POWER_DBM 15") due to instability hence the reason for my question?

    • Sensebender Gateway Dead

      Hi All

      My sensebender gateway died two days ago, no LED lights and/or connectivity via USB. I was powering through the USB port (Have tried different power supply). If I connect a batter to the BAT connectors on the board I only get a orange light but nothing more. I have a RFM69HW and W5100 boards connected to it. Any ideas which component it could be that has packed up on the board? I have already tried removing the RFM69HW and W5100.

    • FOTA - Sensebender Gateway - RFM69HW

      Having some issues when trying to do a FOTA on some of my nodes that it seems to stop the update midway through the update. Based on research on the forums this seems like it might be related to the radio having a current spike when it ups the TX power. So for the life of me I could not figure out if the Sensebender Gateway board has a decoupling capacitor already built in for the radio or is this something I should still add? And if so are there pads for it on the board it or should I just solder it directly to the radio?

    • SensorDoor + Backup Send

      Hi All

      I have a simple sensor I want to use for my doors and windows that is interrupt based however I have noticed that if a door/window is opened and closed too quickly the incorrect value could be sent through to my controller. I was hoping to be able to force my node to update all its sensor values every xx minutes even if there has been no change however for the life of my I can't seem to figure this out. Is there a way I can force a interrupt based sensor to send updated values through at specific intervals as a backup to the normal interval based send?

      How did you wire the dht22? I had problems with it when I didn't use a pull up resistor in the past

      The breakout board I'm using supposedly has one integrated, will verify later this week as I'm out of town. The stage thing is if I disable the interrupt sensors (Prevent them from triggering) then the DHT does not stop reporting in.

      I am having a strange issue with my setup where after some time NodeManager seems to just stop reading my DHT22 sensor data, the Adruino Pro Mini will still response to the Motion and Door Interrupts but stops sensing the Temp and Hum data to my controller (Home Assistant).
