Serial Gateway on Arduino Nano (clone)

Hello,
Just a quick question. I have Arduino Nano with FTDI original chip and Serial Gateway installed on it. Is the error LED (D13 error onboard LED) supposed to be always on?
The serial connection does not show any errors:
0;0;3;0;9;gateway started, id=0, parent=0, distance=0
0;0;3;0;14;Gateway startup complete.I am using a standard sketch.
