Mega 2560 fails upload after first try.

Hi!

I bought myself a mega for a MySensors project. My first upload works fine (Arduino IDE reports upload done) but it also gives me timeout() error. Then i cant connect to the serial port and not upload any new sketches (again timeout() error and programmer does not respont)

If i re-flash the bootloader using a UNO and then its same procedure as above, first upload works fine and then errors. The sketch does seem like its running (tried the blink sketch) but no serial communication.

It is a mega clone from China with a CH340 programmer (not stated when i bought it, :rage: ) and i have tested different drivers for this. I have bought myself a genuine mega but fun to see if i can solve this...

Any clues or advice?
