Hello all! I have a minor issue. I recently upgraded my router to a Netgear Nighthawk R7000 with DD-WRT.

My problem is that I can't get my ethernetgateway to show up as an active client or anywhere in the router. I have set it with static ip and mac adress and it is indeed working, but I want to see it in the router UI cause this does not feel good.. :(

Anyone with expertise of DD-wrt and ethernetgateway?

@msebbe on my dd-wrt setup the router will only show active clients that it handed out an IP address to using dhcp.
Static IP addresses (configured at the client) won't show up in that list.
You could try if it is in the list of active TCP connections, or configure a static IP address in the router for your client (mapping it's Mac address to an IP address), instead of on the client.

look into installing yamon3 on your dd-wrt
