can you suggest me by seeing this picture. why error light is blinking ?

I am using T1000s controller for controlling it.

we are using T1000s controller with ws2811 led strip (12v). error light is blinking continuously. and led mode is not changing. colour is not changing from red to any other.

can you suggeest me any solution or mistake i am doing.?

i am facing error on the controller of Ws2811 Led strip. can you tell me why it is happening?.
