I'm working on a project where I need to control several outputs through relays, These outputs are mostly LEDs, but I may have to activate some motors

I wanted to clarify a doubt if you can help me, what is the difference between AQH3213 and AQH3223?
I know the AQH3213 is Zero-Cross type (the relay state only changes when the voltage goes from zero).
But I would like to know which is the best/most suitable?
