I used to read "water leak" as "not enough water" most probably because I did a confusion with "water lack". But according to WordReference, you're right !
So, yes, s_water_leak will do the trick.

S_FLOOD for flood detection
Hi all,
I am using a rain sensor for flood detection in my cellar.
As I am using only a binary information, I'd wish a S_FLOOD sensor type, with usual V_TRIPPED and V_ARMED data types.
Would it be possible ?
For now, I am using S_WATER_LEAK which is the exact opposite of what I am searching for...
