Problem With Arduino Nano+NRF24l01+

I'm using simple setup with Arduino Nano+NRF24l01+
Env - Arduino 1.6.13, Arduino Nano
I'm continuously getting following error on serial monitor.

see #2:3 in the faq for radio init fail.

If that doesn't help, just post here what you checked and what the results were and we'll try to help you figure out what is wrong. Also post info on how the nrf is powered.

Actually the problem just got resolved. Its was due to different version of tutorial existing here, which uses pin 7,8 or 9, 10 without mentioning it. I just tried with 9,10 and it started working. (CE, CSN)

Everything is very straight forward and working fine now.
I'll check everything with latest development release, and get back here,
