openHAB 2.3 (stable) MQTT binding troubleshooting

With version 2.2 everything worked great, but after I updated OH to stable 2.3 MySensors MQTT binding always with "Initializing" status like this

1528958279: New connection from 127.0.0.1 on port 1883. 1528958280: New client connected from 127.0.0.1 as paho36475635492761 (c1, k60, u'mk-sensors'). 1528959641: Saving in-memory database to /var/lib/mosquitto/mosquitto.db.I'm using org.openhab.binding.mysensors-2.3.0-SNAPSHOT.jar, is it latest release?

Just tested on fresh openhabian install - with OH2.3 problem persist, with OH2.2 everything works as expected =(
