Hi everyone! I hope this is the right forum for this kind of question :-)

Im working in an electronics lab and I'm currently working on remote controlling an electronic load simulator (Chroma AC/DC Electronic Load Model 63802 [https://www.chromausa.com/product/programmable-ac-electronic-load-63800/]). Two weeks ago, I was able to switch the load on and off, and set the load to any number I wanted. ( 10 W, 20 W, 100W, etc.). Today I had to reinstall the driver for the Prolific USB-to-Serial Comm Port, like everytime i restart the PC. I can still turn the load on and off, but can't change the load anymore, eventhough the query tells me I set the load. The last command I put in last week was for 20 W. Here are some screenshots to show what I mean. I cannot think of any change I made but apparently it doesn't work anymore. Any tips would be appreciated. Thanks !
