New Sense Bender GW no USB response

I'm new to this so I bought a Sense Bender GW and several nodes.
Was following the driver installation, copied the driver, opened the device manger and plugged in the GW and there was no response to the device in the device manager. I tried a couple different USB cables as well as restarting my Win10 laptop. No matter what I do, I can't get the computer to respond to my brand new GW. Any hints??
