    Hello,
i'm currently searching for a N-Channel MOSFET for a little project of mine.
The requirements are that the MOSFET needs to be fully "switched" at 3.3V Gate-Voltage (VGS < 3.3V), should support 12V, 0.8A and in a TO-220 package.

Does anybody have a tip for me where to look?

    Thanks.

Maybe IRLZ44N or 30N06L would be an option?

@korttoma thanks, you are right. I should have seen that, especially because i ordered the irfz44n a few days ago for 5V nodes. :)
        I will order the IRLZ44N @aliexpress.

          I have some FQP30N06L - N-Channel QFET® MOSFET 60V, 32A, 35mΩ but I guess this is too high for your usage ?

@epierre yeah the FQP30N06L would do the job, too.
There's not much options in this sector, the irlz44n is overpowered for the application, too. But will do it.

For very small applications i ordered a bunch of 2N7000. They do 60V 0,2A.
