Vera Controller Organization

Currently I have my home automation setup as a normal person would:
Main House
Bedrooms
Kitchen
Office
Den
etc.
Garage
Outside Lights
etc.I am about to merge my "sandbox" with all of MySensors with my main house as well as my Detatched Garage, Chicken House, Shop and Barn. I would like to hear any suggestions on how to organize them all to make sense in Vera.
I was thinking like this:
A-House
Master Bedroom
Guest Bedroom
Bathroom
etc.
B-Aparment
Bedroom
Office
Living Room
C-Barn
Stalls
Tack Room
etc
D-Shop
Outside Lights
Lights
etcHow do you organize your home automation controller? I would like to hear any/all suggestions.
