Is there a dipole version of NRF24L01+?

I've seen how some people have modified regular modules to become dipole (e.g. http://www.instructables.com/id/Enhanced-NRF24L01/?ALLSTEPS), but I'm wondering if anyone if aware of any modules which are dipole from the get-go?
