Unable to open .brd file in Eagle

Kalina, I just tried to open the board layout in Eagle and I get an error, " StartTag Expected". Was the design done with Eagle or another CAD app?

I think you should try to ask in his topic to get a reply
that said, his design files are not from Eagle.
