Are you sure you have the correct comport selected? If so and you are on a Windows machine, check the com port in the device manager to make sure it is set up properly, e.g. now yellow exclamation point ([image: c02073812.gif]). If you have the yellow exclamation in device manager, you will need to resolve that issue first, which will most likely be a driver issue.
