Hi all, I am looking for suggestions on the best strain gauge or other force sensor to be used in measuring the reaction force between the hand and the wheelchair wheel during wheelchair propulsion. The force Ft which is th reaction force needs to be meaured.

My design includes strain gauges between the pushrim and wheel as seen circled in the picture attached. I need to measure the reaction force so the output will be one vector of voltage. The voltage is a meaure of the force. Anyone have any specific strain gauge suggestions? All help is useful!:slightly_smiling_face:
