I am looking for a microwave motion detector that also has to be a tachometer. Every time the movement is registered detector records it as 1 movement. The area detector covers needs to be narrowed down. In my case, I am looking for something like 2 inch by 4-5 inch area. The detection distance from the sensor should not be more than 1 meter.
Initially, I thought about using laser no contact tachometer but it does require reflective tape. Applying reflective tape will not work for what I need. Basically, microwave motion tachometer I am looking for needs to work as a laser no contact tachometer but without reflective tape. Also, the MPS (movements per second) will not be more than 20; so, laser is not necessary.

Please, let me know if it is feasible and actually exists.
