Hi,
Looks like you're using the 5v version of the bme280, there's an extra 3.3v regulator on this board, this could be the culprit.

For MQTT in Jeedom you must use another plugin, you have mainly two choices : MQTT plugin by lunarok or jMQTT by domotruc. Check the market for those.

BTW with my setup (genuine/good quality NRF24L01) increase lines 67 & 114 of RF24.ccp to 50 do the trick.
