Hi all
I am new to all this stuff so hope you can help, I am looking for a Proximity sensor that is 12V and water proof but struggling to find anything that would match what I need can anyone help or point me in the right direction please :)

1: 12V for a car or truck
2: needs to be water proof
3: able to adjust the distance accordingly to where we need it
4: when within the correct distance of activation it will need to turn a LED light on or similar

Once I have found the correct sensor I should be able to make up a circuit but it's finding it :(
