New sensors and Mozilla Webthings
-
If I am going to build some new sensors are there any technical reasons why I should build them using mysensor libraries rather than Mozilla webthings using the webthings adaptor library thus bypassing the mysensors gateway.
Hello @rmalbers, the first reason I see is if you want to make battery-powered sensors (for doors, PIR, temperature/humidity, etc etc), this is not possible with the webthings adaptor using wifi and needing constant connection.
