Unkown Touch switch PCB : How to make them push instead Toggle

Hello ,
I have a chinese touch switch PCB with 3 HTTM touch sensor on it.
Now its configures as Toggle , but i'm searching to make the Push
Normally on the sensors you have to remove resistor or cut path , but don't know how with this.On the PCB there is word Modu-Y9B
there are 3 IC : WS480L (RF receiver) , ATMHK218 and also another unknown IC (no type on it )i place here also The front and back

From google this looks like a serial eeprom.
For the other chip if it has no writing then it's impossible to help, especially when the picture is in such low resolution.My guess is the HTTM sensors have no resistance soldered so there is no way to change it unless you remove them, add the resistance and put them back...
