MY_DEFAULT_TX_LED_PIN using I/O expander e.g. MCP23008

Hi, how I can using indication LEDs using I/O expander, because I don't have free pins on my MCU.

mcp.begin();
mcp.pinMode(0, OUTPUT);
mcp.digitalWrite(0, HIGH);
