S_SETPOINT/V_SETPOINT for thermostat devices

Hello everyone!
You know room thermostat devices where you can set target temp and see current temp.
One this kinda device for exampleI was going to implement this as a wrapper node to my heat pump controller but I didnt know how to implement setpoint.
I asked help from domoticz developer Gizmocuz and he suggested me to make feature reguest here.So I think this is what we need: S_SETPOINT/V_SETPOINT
