The sketch leaves plenty of free space if you are using the Atmega328 Pro Mini:
Sketch uses 22,888 bytes (74%) of program storage space. Maximum is 30,720 bytes. Global variables use 1,224 bytes (59%) of dynamic memory, leaving 824 bytes for local variables. Maximum is 2,048 bytes.
What is the exact error message you are getting? Have you modified the sketch in any way? Which Pro Mini variant are you using(168 or 328)? Which MySensors version are you using? Have you modified MyConfig.h or are you using the default settings?
Old versions of MySensors can be downloaded at https://www.mysensors.org/download/ You might also try the development version, which is available on github.
