XN297L an alternative to NRF24L01?

i want to buy some nrf24l01 and came accors this advertising:

I was wondering, does this also works with the MySensors librairy?
The connectors looks the same.
And if it works, does someone knows what the range is of these things?

if no one know i will keep it safe and stick to the regular NRF24L01

From my 5 seconds of googling, it seems that it's not compatible with the NRF24, it's another register setup, etc. than the nrf, so we need to have a driver made for it as a starter. And it's probably not compatible OTA.

But does look interesting though.. :)
