I got this board a lot time ago and finally have a little time to complete it. MCU and usb-ttl work correctly, all power suppliers are fine, board fits the enclosure. Let's move forward

Finally solved a lot of problems and checked a lot of mistakes. But now the first version of this device works almost properly :trollface:
