Hi, great project. Do you have any experience with the battery lifetime in combination with different sensors?
@hugch Not yet really... The batteries had to last for 1 day at least during each day of the Faire and that worked out fine ;-)
I had to swap the wind sensor battery after one day, but it didn't sleep and had to send a message every 2 seconds.
I'll probably deploy some nodes (e.g. soil moisture and BMP280) in my house anywhere soon, to get a feeling for battery lifetime. -
what is the battery life with DS18B20 when reading sent to gateway every one minut.
