Looking for bluetooth proximity tracking (+/- 10cm precision) hardware.

Hi !
Which hardware solution would you recommend me to build a small device sending Bluetooth signals that an iPhone could track, for knowing whether the device is more or less than 1m (can be 1.5m) away from it - it needs to be accurate. I though of beacons but heard I would need to have only 1 of these device. Beacon appear not to be precise enough.
This should be working whether they are several systems [hardware+device] in the same room.
Please help ! :)

Someone might have a better answer, but it looks like that level of accuracy isn't possible with BLE.
