Last week I made an serial gateway USB for my domoticz. What is the right sketch? The SerialGateway.ino or the GatewaySerial.ino?

GatewaySerial.ino is the right one. See https://www.mysensors.org/build/serial_gateway for details.
SerialGateway is probably left from an old MySensors installation. It is no longer present in the MySensors code.
