    Hi, I have a Neato D6 Connected, last week it appeared a red solid light in the batery Icon and it never ends it charge. I thought it was a problem with the battery, but I have replaced it and stills the same. Please somebody help me!

      Hello @dante8t9, I guess you would be more lucky on Neato forums or with their customer service ?

        @Nca78 I'm also guessing this isn't the vacuum cleaner troubleshooting forum (unless I misidentified the the Neato D6)? :laughing:
