My Humidity Sensor is not Communicating

I have this humidity sensor which appears to start and then does not seem to update itself I amnot understanding what is going on inside it and what it needs.

Other sensors seem ok.
This is under the advanced tab of the Humidity sensor. and

There are the three nodes created and the temp and hum are posted, but not updated.

I have doc odes the first 4 numbers from an older reply @hek gave
Say 5-5-0-0
5 is the node that sent the message
5 is the node where message was
0 where the message will be sent to
0 the message final destination
Now to figure out the rest and try to learn how to use the new debug program from @tekka
