Instruction on how to use defines for the rpi gateway:

Thanks, works.
I hope the Pi gateway ist more stable than the ESP gateways . It will be a lot of work to move alle sensors to the new RFM69 driver

Thanks for all the info all But still have the problem with vera3 on ui7 Cribben, I follow the instructions on the my sensor vera plugin and it comes up with ver 1.3 and no lib # how did you get the new plugin to load Any help at all would be welcome as ui7 is not too smooth yet.

@marceltrapman when you change the BAUD rate setting in the source/config file to something lower/other you can also use 3.3V Arduinos as (Serial)Gateway. Of cause your controller needs also to be told about the lower BAUD rate. Check out http://wormfood.net/avrbaudcalc.php?postbitrate=9600&postclock=8 for an overview of Clockspeeds (usually 8MHz for 3.3V and 16MHz for 5V types) and coresponding BAUD rates.

As promised, what I found so far: the following dockerfile yeilds a usable cross-compile environment, provided you use it with a Makefile. @Westie That feature can also be used with the Arduino Nano, or any other ATmega328P-based board. I had NRF24 + RFM69 running for a couple of days using a Nano as an Ethernet MQTT gateway and it worked fine as far as I remember.

@Yveaux Should have dove deeper when you fist said radio, looks like everything was taken care off except the radio power. Jumped a wire over there and bang worked. Thanks again for the help.

thx for reply yes dragino HE works like yun I think. for linkit as the product seems new, there is a little bit less docs. but I will see, price was so interesting that it was too much tempting lol. I will tell you what I can get... for fun, I have not presented yet, but I have a board in progress for raildin : 8x relays + 8inputs for yun and I added ethernet connector+hub usb chip
