    If I make a board and put all the components on it, arduino/nrf chip as a gateway. Maybe even add a sensor or 2. Would I be able to post it here and sell it?

      No, in general commercial activities is not allowed.

      It is ok if you sell off a couple of spare pcbs or prototypes to fellow community members. If you do, we'd like you to publish you schematics as open hardware.
