things to check / do

1. verify radio is good
2. verify radio is connected correctly
3. if header soldered in, verify nothing is touching / solder work is clean/good
4. upgrade to arduino 1.6.5
5. verify mysensors is library v1.5
6. if you set up a gateway recently, verify you turned softspi back off and didn't leave it on.

your issue likely lies in one of those areas.
