Push notifications

Now it is possible to get forum notifications pushed to your phone using the pushbullet service (and apps).

I know this isn't directly related to push notifications but I can't seem to figure out how to subscribe to posts anymore. There used to be a little eyeball to click but now I can't seem to figure out how to subscribe to something. What am I missing?

Press heart symbol on one of the posts. Not super obvious...
