      Salut,

        Hey guys!

If you can try to keep things in English, that would be great!
for Mysensors creator at least :) and the rules paragraph 6 https://forum.mysensors.org/topic/610/forum-user-guidelines
And also because that looks messy..

I know there are no sub language forums and i don't know if there will be, but don't show that French are english lazy! No shame lol
I'm french too ;) Imho i prefer english, because it's more universal for sharing.

I'm not big fan of translating foreign language i don't know..so if there would be sub german etc.. i would never read it, no time to spend with google translate. So i could miss nice stuff, or little nice tips in comments. Plus trickier moderation i can imagine.

I hope you understand. For the moment it's like this, who knows in future.

        Translation in french..

        I'm joking :)

I'm French too and I completely agree with scalz.
Language-specific subforums would just restrict everyone's access to useful information.

            @LemarinelNet
Do you have a 3D Printer ? Can you design a box ?

              Yes I have ;)

I can also designa box, I should do one ! It's not serious to put a circuit with live voltage without protection !

I'll try to design a box as soon I'll can.

                Hi napo7,
First off all congratulation for all the work you did so far and the sharing! I'd be glad to discuss with you directly (I'm French too ;-))

I'm also in the process of designing such kind of board.
I thought of using a standard Legrand derivation box (sorry for the awkward translation but I mean "boite de derivation" in plain French). This kind of box are dedicated to this kind of purpose, hide live wire that would be exposed otherwise.
I guess 3D printing is not a bad idea in essence but it's not secure; in my opinion it would melt too easily in case of electrical disorder on the 220V parts.

Other question: Why are you moving from nrf to RFM69?

                Congrats again dude, you rule!

                Cheers,
                Marc

Please disregard my question about you moving from nrf > RFM69, I load the oldest post and got my answer.

Yes, you're probably right ! The ABS used in printing starts to melt at about 185°. I don't know for Legrand boxes !

I don't know how we could manage to exchange our mail addresses ? No PM system on mysensors forum !?

@napo7 You can use the chat for speak with marc ;)
For legrand boxes, if you apply 650°C during x secondes, the box will not burn or participate in the spread of a fire ;)
                      more informations at http://www.leblogdubatiment.com/22/09/2014/actualites-batiment-securite-incendie-quelle-est-la-norme-de-resistance-au-feu-des-luminaires/organismes-du-batiment/#.WJOElH--WUk

We need to look the temperature of the Auto-ignition and not the melt temperature for each material.

With PLA it's 388°C and around 500°C for ABS technologie

                          PCBs are out of factory.
I should receive them in 2-3 weeks.

                          Stay in touch ;)
