    Hi guys,
    I would like to get done my Daikin Heatpump sensor https://www.mysensors.org/build/heatpump but unfortunately there is no library for it. With google help I found an open project which almost suits me https://github.com/mharizanov/Daikin-AC-remote-control-over-the-Internet and I guess it suppose to work for my Daikin as the model of remote contol is the same. So the next step is to adopt the code to MySensor and this is where I stuck as I'm not much into this. So I'm looking for a help and hope this is the right place and thinking if you are willing to help me I would like to pay you as “There ain't no such thing as a free lunch”, right?
    So the idea is get the commands from here https://github.com/mharizanov/Daikin-AC-remote-control-over-the-Internet/blob/master/Daikin-AC-remote.pde and add them to DaikinHeatpumpARC433IR.cpp and .h library files and hope it will work. What you think?

      @oleg maybe you can just use some presets and manage those with some mysensors commands, without making code too complicated

        @oleg
        There is Daikin ARC433B50 and ARC417IR already in @ToniA 's repository: https://github.com/ToniA/arduino-heatpumpir
        Would some of these work?

            Hi
            Feel free to check out my recent Daikin Overhaul. Though please note the voltage danger and liability statements :). I'm happy to help out if I can.
            Cheers

                Is it me or there is no explanation where he got the power for the node?

                  If you're talking about my build, thanks for the feedback and I've just made it clearer on the page now. 5V & Gnd for the node are from the Daikin units IR Sensor. Careful though, short this and you'll be tracking down a fuse to fix on the header units main board.

                    @brendanl Sounds like you're speaking from experience... I've never worked with a Daikin system, but I have had my share of similar problems in my years of working on electronics..
