does someone use pcbs.io ?

Hi,
does someone use pcbs.io for making pcb ? I used them couple of times and everything was ok, but this time i did not received my boards and I want to contect them, but on their site there is absolutely no contact information !!! I responded to all emails they sent me multiple times (support@pcbs.io, pcbs@makerbright.com, support@makerbright.com) but did not get ENY response !!! How can I reach them ?

@rozpruwacz How long has it been since you placed your order? It took over 30 days for me to get mine, which caused me to stop using them. That was almost a year ago though.

The order was placed on 2017-10-14. It was shipped on 2017-10-25 and it departed from Germany (which is next to Poland where I live) at 2017-10-28. It usually took 2 weeks to travel to Poland, and know it is almost 5 weeks ... The worst thing is that pcbs.io do not respond to my emails ...

@rozpruwacz It might be seasonal delay because of the holidays. I just received my order from Elecrow, and it took about a month to reach me (about twice the usual). For that reason, I won't be using them anymore either. Doesn't sound like there's much you can do, unless you have a tracking number and can contact the carrier directly.

LOL, I just received my boards :-D but i'll never use pcbs.io again because of lack of contact ...

Hi, I have used Pcbs.io three times, first and second was good shipping time, both was 3 weeks from order to arrival.
but now the third time I ordered 27/1 2018 and today 19/3 2018 I have still not received it.
I got an email that my Pcbs were on the way at the 7/3 2018 but USPS have still not get them from Pcbs.io.
So do not use Pcbs.io
