    I can easily configure freq of module between 430 - 500 MHz.
    Used and suggested registers values as above which is succesfully working:
    0x07 => 0x6c //434MHz
    0x08 => 0x80
    0x09 => 0x00

    But When I set the registers according to 915 MHz.Module Cant Trasmitting.I do not see anything in the frequency analyzer.
    0x07 => 0xe4 //915MHz
    0x08 => 0xc0
    0x09 ?> 0x00

    I do not change anything except the registers above when I change freq. from 430 Mhz to 915Mhz.
    What is the reason for this?
    Could it be related to the antenna?

      Hello,
      you need to match your antenna vs freq

        A table with antenna lengths is available at https://www.mysensors.org/build/connect_radio

          And are you using module dedicated for your frequency?
          There are three frequency types of modules.
          According your post, it seems, you tray all this with one module type.

            Are you sure you can set 915 on a 433 module?

              As already meintioned by @kimot and @gohan, the rfm69hcw comes in different versions. From the datasheet, there are four versions:
              0_1521101398006_IMG_2347.PNG

              Each versions support a frequency range. This is also shown in the datasheet:
              0_1521101442408_IMG_2346.PNG

              @Qwe-Qwe you need to buy a version that matches your frequency, and cut/buy an antenna that also matches the frequency.
