I agree with @gohan it looks like a nice sensor but it's not available at a reasonable price and doesn't seem to bring any improvement compared to existing sensors like SHT21/si7021 or BME280.
Sleep current is low but measuring/average current seems higher than those sensors too.

Yes, the LTC3105 is also an excellent choice for operating from a single solar cell, which is what is was designed for.
I'm sorry, I was un-clear in my previous response. I had been suggesting the LTC3525 as an alternate to the MAX1724.
