    This looks like a really nice board. Will there be any links (as for the original jmodule) to make it easier to buy the pcb?

      Wow, impressive work! Really nice instructions. I think I will try this.

        @chsw The "by link" I think will be soon. The latest revision of the project waits for verification by manufacturers (I do not know why it took so long, the project is available for a moth ago).

          Looks nice! As the TL;DR, briefly what is the difference between JModule2 and the prior JModule?

            @NeverDie The differences:

            • 2 build options
            • no SMD elements (AMS1117 replaced by LE33 - TO92 package)
            • smaller size: the jModule and the jBoard
            • I/O pins in a one row

              I tried ordering this from Itead. They rejected it, because a missing drill file. I thought that the automatic order through the "buy" button on openhardware.io had failed so I uploaded a new gerber archive (from the download archive) but got the same response, that it was missing the drill file. Is the drilling included in some other file that Itead doesn't check? Otherwise a separate txt/dri file would be nice to have, so the order can go through.

                @prozzerg
                Most likely they would accept the .brd file by itself as sufficient.

                  I tried to purchase this board and they said they need the drill size.

                  Quote “ we find the file is empty when open the it by cam350. so it is better to send us the drilling layer which show the size of the hole .”

                    I just tried to buy the jBoard2 from PCBWay via OpenHardware and PCBWay say I need to "upload the Gerber RS-274X file". They could not use the auto-order files or the jBoard2.brd/jBoard2.sch files. Is the new Gerber file available or can I convert the existing files to the new format?

                      @Andrew-Currie Downloaded KiCad and used it to import jBoard2.brd and output .gbr files via Plots plus the .drl file. Checked using GerbView and uploaded to PCBWay. Hopefully this will now work...
