    @m26872 or anyone else.
    Do you have any experience with tiny 0.8-3.3?

    I have 8 pcs at home, http://www.aliexpress.com/item/8-pcs-Ultra-small-DC-DC-0-8-3-3V-to-DC-3-3V-Step-UP/32268496143.html, i measure about 130 uAdc(400 uAac) when my Pro-Mini is sleeping. This will not last very long!

    My sketch is Rain Gauge.

    Thanks

      (moved from http://forum.mysensors.org/topic/486/my-2aa-battery-sensor/1 because I think this question deserves it's own topic)

        @flopp does the converter have a power led on board? If so you can remove it to save some juice.

          I talked about it here with measurements and pictures.

          And no, they don't have a powerled ;)

            @ericvdb sorry, I didn't know the context because of the split from @mfalkvidd ...
            Just wanted to help :blush:

              As I wrote in the other thread I also saw signs of higher Iq compared to the larger old type. The circuits look exactly the same though.

              I think the node total sleep current with large old one was 90uAdc or so, not bad I think. Reality shows battery will last long enough for me . The uAac doesn't seem to matter.

              Maybe I'll have time to look at again this weekend.

                thanks everyone.

                Maybe it is better to use 2 AA and a ATMEGA328P and skip the Pro-Mini. All my stuff is made for 1.8-3.6V. Maybe it will last for 2 years or something.
