GATEWAY: Serial Gateway is Not Responding

Hi everyone,
My OS is Windows7 64 bit.
When I run the Serial Gateway I get the message below:

GATEWAY: Trying to connect...
GATEWAY: Connected to port COM3 at 115200 bits/s
GATEWAY: Trying to communicate...
GATEWAY: Gateway is not responding.
GATEWAY: Gateway is not responding.
GATEWAY: Gateway is not responding.

How to fix the problem?

Selecting the error message and copying the text (as opposed to taking a screen shot) will be even more useful, since that makes the text searchable which can help others looking for help.

If you open Arduino IDE, select COM3 and then open Serial Monitor, what do you see?

On Arduino Serial Monitor I get the result below. It seems OK...

When I run the MyNodes clicking on the "web.cmd" everything looks OK. I see the message below:

When I open the web interface and choose "Serial Gateway" and "Select" I get the messages below. Any idea about the problem? Could be the drivers? I use Arduino 1.6.5. Thanks for your help...
