      @Victor - maybe someone else knows, but it would be easier if you posted the complete error message, code and which IDE you use.

        That error has been commented for many libraries around contanining similar folder - for example .github. See one example here.

        While the IDE dev team decides on how to cope with this, you can just ignore it, it doesn't have any impact on the sketches you compile.
