Well, Linux and domoticz are working on raspberry pi so I would expect to work also on that system.

Domoticz provides a Linux-based software know. May I install that to odroid C1+ and make them communicate with devices through Z wave stick.
Is it possible sir..?

I theory I would say yes, but you will have to find out by trying or ask in domoticz and odroid forum which Linux distribution is better

Any mini computer will probably be enough to run that application, just pic one with windows 10 support but it is totally off topic on this forum.
