      I suppose panelizing this board together with a pure prototype board might achieve the objective I was aiming for....

          I recommend snipping off the DTR pin using flush cutters. Given the current configuration, it isn't going to work properly.

            Can you please propose what type of inductors and capacitors did you use ?
            A BOM will be great.

            Actually I am asking because I knew there is something called SRF from this topic https://devzone.nordicsemi.com/question/171472/filter-inductor-requirement-for-nrf52832-in-dcdc-mode/
