How can I load Adafruit NRF52 bootloader on custom nrf52 board with Serial Programming.

Hi,
I hope you are doing well. I need help in understanding how can I program custom nrf52 board with Arduino IDE. After searching internet I know that I need to first flash adafruit boot-loader through Jtag. And then I can use serial to usb connector to program the chip.
But I am confused between pins used, any softdevice conflict. Did any one tried this? Can anyone one give me steps to follow so I can follow directly and do task.
I will be thankful for any guide or tutorial.

I'm not familiar with the Adafruit bootloader. Going to have to take a look at that.
For use with MySensors, you don't use a softdevice.
